Role Overview

This HR Generalist provides comprehensive human resources support within a healthcare setting, balancing recruitment, onboarding, training administration, and employee data integrity. Responsibilities

Execute full cycle recruiting, sourcing candidates through multiple channels
Foster and monitor employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate and lead new hire orientation sessions
Oversee onboarding processes for new employees
Maintain records management and ensure data integrity
Track and document employee in-service trainings
Administer the HealthStream training system and assign annual training modules to staff and new hires
Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
Provide administrative support to Executive committees and administrative meetings
Prepare and maintain employee files
Manage renewals for licenses and clearances
Coordinate and deliver employee trainings
Contribute to special projects as required

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience are required
Full cycle recruiting experience; onboarding of new employees is preferred; healthcare experience is preferred
Experience mediating employee concerns and applying sound professional judgment to support the facility and its staff
Knowledge of healthcare-related federal, state, and local laws and regulations is preferred
Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem solving, multitasking, and written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Minimum age of 21 with a valid driver’s license

Train on and manage all payroll systems at the property
