Job Description
Full-time, on-site Human Resources Coordinator role with TriValley Primary Care in Perkasie, PA. The position focuses on maintaining employee records and evaluation schedules, posting openings, handling hiring and firing, and managing provider credentialing.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor employee files and performance evaluation schedules.
- Assist offices with posting job openings, conducting hiring and termination activities, and other HR-related duties.
- Coordinate and maintain provider credentialing with insurance payors and facilities.
Requirements
- Preferred: two years of experience in human resources duties.
- Maturity to understand the sensitivity of tasks and their impact on morale and third-party perception.
- Ability to manage public relations considerations within a group medical practice.
- Goal-oriented self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Detail-oriented and thorough in execution.
- Strong regard for confidentiality and discretion.
- Openness to learning and expanding the existing knowledge base.
