Human Resources Director

TJM Property Management, Inc is hiring a Human Resources Director for a Pinellas County Senior Living Community in Pinellas County, FL (onsite). This role supports a people-first workplace by overseeing HR services, policies, and programs that help employees grow while also reinforcing a safe, well-supported environment for residents.

What you’ll do

You will guide and manage the community’s overall Human Resources function, ensuring HR programs are consistent, organized, and responsive to operational needs. Responsibilities span core HR areas and essential daily support, including:

• Lead overall HR services, policies, and programs for the entire community
• Direct recruiting and staffing activities
• Handle employment and compliance responsibilities in alignment with regulatory requirements
• Oversee employee orientation, development, and training
• Maintain policy documentation and support employee relations
• Coordinate company employee and community communication
• Administer compensation and benefits
• Support employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health-related initiatives
• Contribute to payroll-related processes within the HR scope
