If you have 5+ years of progressive HR experience and enjoy building practical HR systems, you will have space to lead the function and shape how the campus operates.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver new-hire orientation to create a smooth onboarding experience, including training, company knowledge, and employee integration.
  • Administer the benefit program, including annual open enrollment and the associated employee education.

  • Run the Performance Management Program so performance reviews are consistent, meaningful, and completed on time.
  • Build development paths for employees, coordinate leadership development for the management team, and manage training and certification requirements.
  • Coach managers through performance and accountability conversations, investigate and resolve concerns with discretion, and keep the employee handbook and policies current, clear, and useful.
  • Manage employee files, develop and maintain employee policies, and research and promote HR best practices to support a positive and compliant workplace.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies, compensation structures, or performance management systems.
  • Sound judgment and absolute discretion with confidential information.
  • Clear and confident communication in writing, one-on-one, and in front of groups.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for employee engagement and well-being.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail, plus strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Benefits
