Human Resources Manager

Build people processes that help a manufacturing team perform. Centric Solutions Group, LLC offers an onsite HR Manager role in Summit County, OH with an annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 115,000. You will lead day-to-day HR across the employee lifecycle while partnering with plant leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. A 10% target annual bonus and a strong benefits package support your work and long-term stability.

This is a hands-on plant HR leadership position covering employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development. The role also includes coaching managers, monitoring HR KPIs, and driving HR policy and compliance efforts.

What you will do

• Lead plant HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development
• Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning, staffing needs, organizational development, and business objectives
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and disciplinary issues
• Recruit and support hiring for hourly, salaried, technical, and leadership positions
• Coach and support managers on employee performance, leadership development, policies, and HR best practices
• Monitor and report HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, overtime, staffing, and employee engagement
• Lead performance review, compensation, and wage adjustment processes
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company requirements
• Support employee engagement, retention, and positive workplace culture initiatives
• Partner with plant leadership on workplace health and safety compliance

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Manager, or similar HR experience
• Minimum 3 years working with employment and labor laws
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
• Manufacturing HR experience
• Automotive manufacturing experience is highly desirable
• Strong background in employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and leadership coaching
• Experience using HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and develop action plans
• SAP and Microsoft Office 365 experience is preferred

Compensation and location

Location: Summit County, OH (onsite)
Pay: USD 90,000 to 115,000 per year
Bonus: 10% target annual bonus
