Human Resources Business Partner

Maverick Tech seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with leadership and strengthen organizational performance in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top-tier talent and maintain a strong pipeline for operational hiring needs.
• Advise leadership on complex employee relations matters to support a positive, productive workplace culture.
• Use workforce metrics to drive continuous improvement across performance management and compensation structures.
• Coordinate the rollout of training and professional development programs to build employee capabilities.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies while protecting confidential information.
• Support organizational change initiatives aligned to long-term growth and operational efficiency.
• Manage payroll administration and coordinate benefits to ensure consistent service delivery for staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or an industrial setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Experience using HRIS platforms.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable HR strategy.

Preferred Skills

• Active SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Experience with Visio for process mapping and organizational design.
• Track record of reducing turnover through effective retention and engagement programs.

• HRIS platforms

Location: Neenah, WI (onsite)

Compensation: USD 41 - 55 per hourly
