Job Description

Loenbro is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to blend front desk duties with recruiting and onboarding coordination in our Denver, Colorado office. This role supports the employee lifecycle, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and staff while assisting the People Operations team with candidate experience and HR administrative tasks. The position is onsite in Denver with an hourly compensation range of USD 25 to 28.

Front Desk & Office Support

  • Act as the main point of contact at the reception, warmly welcoming guests, employees, and applicants.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and routine inquiries, routing them to the appropriate teams.
  • Oversee visitor sign-in, meeting room scheduling, and general office logistics.
  • Keep the reception and lobby tidy, organized, and professional.
  • Support administrative tasks such as mail distribution, supply inventory, and internal communications.

Recruiting Coordination

  • Assist recruiters by scheduling interviews and aligning calendars for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records and ensure ATS data accuracy.
  • Support job postings, candidate communications, and recruitment documentation.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience through timely, professional communication.
  • Help coordinate recruiting events, career fairs, and hiring initiatives as needed.

Onboarding Coordination

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, prepare onboarding materials, schedule orientation, and communicate start-day logistics.
  • Ensure completion of new hire paperwork, employment eligibility verification, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, IT, and facilities to provide necessary equipment and system access for new hires.
  • Support onboarding presentations and orientation sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.

People Operations Support

  • Provide administrative support to the People Operations team across HR initiatives and programs.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support employee communications and respond to HR-related inquiries.
  • Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities, trainings, and company events.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Licensed Notary required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
