Recruiter

Uline is expanding its footprint with a new Connecticut facility, and the company is adding a Recruiter to support hiring for its Plainfield warehouse. This onsite role focuses on full cycle recruiting while helping match active and passive candidates to positions across a growing operation.

Working closely with hiring managers, you will help shape recruitment plans, conduct interviews to assess fit, and strengthen relationships with external talent partners to meet staffing needs.

Role Summary

• Conduct full cycle recruiting for staffing across all levels of the growing warehouse operation, including entry-level and technical, high-level roles.
• Source and recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, job duties, and required qualifications and skills, then develop a recruitment plan.
• Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Travel to recruitment events and Uline’s North American locations for initial training.

Compensation

• USD 68,000 to 100,000 per yearly
