Human Resources Manager for the Kenosha Branch, leading HR operations and team development on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct HR operations for a team of 750+ warehouse, sales, facilities, and office employees.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver high-growth recruitment strategies.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and support corrective action processes.
• Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and programs to support consistent execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience, including recruiting and prior people management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
