Recruiting Coordinator

United Refrigeration Inc. is looking for an organized, proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring across multiple U.S. locations. Based in Philadelphia, PA (onsite), this role helps keep the recruiting process moving, from candidate outreach through interview scheduling and applicant tracking in iCIMS.

What you’ll do

• Post and maintain open roles on company career pages and job boards, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and completing initial phone screens.
• Support selection for warehouse, delivery driver, counter sales, customer service, and other assigned positions by identifying and recommending qualified applicants.
• Coordinate phone and virtual interviews, managing confirmations, scheduling changes, candidate updates, and timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in iCIMS, tracking recruiting activity and preparing reports to support recruiting and job posting updates.
• Partner with hiring managers, assist with job fairs and recruiting projects, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
• Keep a current view of open positions and approved positions by location to support consistent hiring workflows.

What you bring

• 1+ years of experience; 1–3 years in recruiting, staffing, HR, or recruiting coordination is preferred.
• Experience screening candidates is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to follow through on multiple recruiting priorities with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, along with familiarity with ATS platforms and online job boards.
• Preferred experience: iCIMS, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, multi-location hiring, or recruiting in distribution, logistics, transportation, or customer service.
