Job Description

Uline is opening a new Connecticut facility, and the company is adding a Recruiter to help staff a growing warehouse operation. This role focuses on full cycle recruiting, working across a range of positions from entry-level through technical and high-level needs.

Based in Norwich, CT (onsite), you will partner closely with hiring managers and build strong candidate pipelines using a mix of sourcing channels and relationship-based recruiting.

Role overview

  • Support staffing needs for a growing warehouse operation across all levels of roles.
  • Own full cycle recruiting, from sourcing through interviewing.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform full cycle recruiting to support hiring across entry-level, technical, and high-level roles in the warehouse operation.
  • Recruit both active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking relationships.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, define job duties and required qualifications, and develop a recruitment plan.
  • Interview applicants to assess fit with position requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel to recruitment events and to Uline’s North American locations for initial training.

Compensation

  • USD 68,000 - 100,000 per year
