Priority Life Care is hiring a Recruiter (onsite) in Wintersville, OH to support full-cycle recruiting, hiring coordination, and onboarding.

Partner with department managers to identify vacancies, staffing requirements, and hiring needs
Develop recruiting methods and strategies aligned to available roles, industry standards, and organizational needs
Create job postings and support advertising to maintain a steady flow of applicants
Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and existing talent pools
Screen applications and select qualified candidates for next steps
Assist with interviews as needed
Support applicant tracking and background check processes, including provisioning access for new users and conducting training sessions
Compile a weekly open job report to share all vacancies with regional managers and the C-suite team
Prepare offer letter packets, ensure signatures of pre-employment documents, and route completed documents for proper filing
Help ensure onboarding processes are completed promptly for new hires and internal transfers
Update community contact information sheets as new hires are onboarded
Collaborate with hiring managers and/or HR staff during the offer stage, including recommendation support for salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other offer details
Track and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, along with company policies
Attend job fairs and other sourcing or networking events
Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition
Working familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to bridge employers and job seekers
