Recruiter

YQN is hiring a proactive full-cycle Recruiter to support the HR team in Chicago, IL (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract strong candidates
• Review resumes and run initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and role requirements
• Coordinate interview logistics and keep candidates and hiring teams aligned
• Prepare, extend, and manage job offers, including negotiation and onboarding coordination
• Maintain complete, accurate records of recruiting activity and candidate status
• Monitor hiring trends and apply industry best practices to improve recruiting outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven recruiting experience, preferably full-cycle
• Chinese speaking and reading proficiency is preferred
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR software
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
