Recruiter 4-HR

Support Oracle’s national hiring efforts by partnering with management, building recruiting programs, and managing end-to-end recruiting for assigned Lines of Business.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to identify, recruit, and qualify Oracle’s top talent on a national basis
• Develop and implement recruitment and resourcing programs
• Identify, recruit, and qualify candidates aligned with hiring initiatives for assigned Lines of Business
• Help develop and execute the recruiting strategy, including creative sourcing approaches
• Participate in the candidate selection process
• Plan and execute recruitment events
• Build and maintain effective relationships with candidates
• Create recruiting strategy with Oracle’s Lines of Business to support quality hires within organizational budget
• Manage the full recruiting life cycle for assigned Lines of Business
• Act as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract roles
• Implement recruiting plans with a diversity lens
• Plan, execute, and manage interviews for candidates and managers
• Lead the development of collateral materials for recruitment initiatives
• May train and mentor other team members
• Have project lead responsibilities
• May perform other duties as assigned
