Recruiter - Bilingual Spanish / English - Manufacturing High Volume

This remote opportunity with Cielo centers on high-volume manufacturing recruitment, offering a flexible work setup and daytime hours. You will operate in a bilingual English/Spanish environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build strong talent pipelines and influence offers with market data. The role supports a Monday through Friday schedule and enables end-to-end recruitment work from anywhere, with a focus on delivering timely updates to candidates and partnering with hiring leaders to align offers with compensation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements, bringing market insights and practical recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing plans.
• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present compelling shortlists while cultivating robust talent pipelines.
• Maintain candidate engagement with timely progress updates throughout the process.
• Work with hiring leaders to finalize offer details, leveraging market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• High-volume recruiting experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Recruiting experience with proven success in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Spanish language proficiency is required for bilingual communication.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Understanding of standard HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
