Recruiter, G&A

Tesla is expanding its General & Administrative recruiting function, seeking a proactive Recruiter to identify, assess, and close top candidates for a range of G&A roles. This onsite position focuses on building robust pipelines, delivering an outstanding candidate experience, and partnering with sourcers, other recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers. The role can be based in Austin, TX or Palo Alto, CA.

Responsibilities

• Build robust pipelines of qualified G&A candidates to meet near-term and future hiring needs
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels and approaches to identify and attract top talent
• Foster strong working relationships with sourcers, fellow recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
• Maintain expert knowledge of all recruiting processes in a dynamic environment
• Prioritize a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint

Requirements

• 2+ years recruiting experience
• Creative approach to hiring for difficult-to-fill positions
• Experience navigating both high-volume and high-touch roles
• Strong understanding of relevant employment market trends
• Proficient knowledge of common G&A skill-sets
• Solid ability to track and manage data and workflow
