Technical Recruiter

Tesla is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support the Infrastructure organization. This position is 100% onsite in Brookshire, Texas, with a focus on sourcing, attracting, and evaluating top talent while working closely with hiring teams to ensure a strong candidate interview experience.

Role Focus

In this role, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build a deep understanding of the business needs and open positions. Recruiting for Infrastructure roles requires effective talent mapping, structured sourcing strategies, and an ability to manage urgent timelines while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop a close understanding of business priorities and current role requirements
• Create sourcing strategies and talent maps to build a pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates
• Use a data-driven approach to calibrate sourcing plans and align with business expectations as needed
• Identify, attract, and assess candidates using tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, and Indeed
• Partner with recruiting teams to provide updates to the business and senior leadership
• Deliver an excellent interview experience for candidates

Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Construction experience is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to use creative research and sourcing methods for niche areas and difficult-to-fill roles
• Ability to build and maintain healthy working relationships across functions of the company
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and under significant pressure with challenging deadlines
