Recruiter, Manufacturing Engineering

Tesla is hiring a Technical Recruiter to support technical and leadership hiring for manufacturing or construction roles at Megafactory Texas in Brookshire, TX (onsite). In this position, you’ll work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to shape recruiting strategy, identify top talent, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to evaluate talent needs and recommend the best hiring strategy.
• Manage time and resources effectively and keep business partners updated on progress on a regular basis.
• Use a range of sourcing techniques and creative approaches to find and engage passive talent.
• Lead behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess technical baseline and the skills needed to succeed at Tesla.
• Maintain a consistent focus on providing a great candidate experience at every stage of the process.

Requirements

• Onsite at Megafactory Texas in Brookshire.
• High-volume, technical recruiting experience, with the ability to manage 20+ technical, niche requisitions on average.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience from a corporate or agency environment.
• Experience recruiting engineers or technical niche roles, including leaders across manufacturing, facilities, or construction.
• Proven success in sourcing and assessing technical talent, including offer negotiation skills; familiarity with relevant employment legislation and employment market trends; ability to lead projects to successful conclusions while balancing efficiency and quality.
• Strong relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, supporting them in identifying talent sources and assisting with assessment.
