Job Description

CLEAR is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter (onsite) to scale Product, Engineering, and Security recruiting with data-informed sourcing and strong candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align on how each role supports product and company goals
  • Use AI, data, industry insights, and business judgment to guide hiring managers toward strong talent decisions
  • Investigate niche markets to identify and engage passive candidates for the hardest-to-fill roles
  • Coordinate candidate and business priorities to drive thoughtful, win-win outcomes
  • Share insights and recruiting best practices to continuously improve recruiting processes and strengthen CLEAR’s talent brand

Requirements

  • 6+ years of technical recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience recruiting specialized engineering, product, and security roles
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting and AI-enabled tools, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentWall/Crosschq, Gem, Metaview, Glean, and Claude
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort treating recruiting metrics as a roadmap
  • Strong ability to engage thoughtfully with both hiring managers and candidates
  • High sense of urgency and ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity
  • Proven focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience across every touchpoint

Compensation & Location

  • Location: New York, NY (onsite)
  • Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 per year
