Job Description

Support the People and Culture Team by owning key HR administrative and HRIS-related people operations activities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, efficient personnel records and support employee lifecycle activities in the HRIS, including system onboarding, employee changes, transfers, and terminations.
  • Partner with employees, managers, and internal departments to support People Operations work and ensure timely, accurate communication and processing of personnel information.
  • Review, update, and manage employee documentation to keep records complete, accurate, and aligned with company policies and applicable requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in employee and HRIS data; support data audits and reporting activities.
  • Use software applications to prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality, discretion, and appropriate judgment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with course work after high school and job-related training.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in administrative support, Human Resources, People Operations, HRIS administration, or related work; demonstrated experience supporting employee lifecycle processes and maintaining accurate personnel records.
  • Preferred: experience with applicable employment laws, regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong computer skills with demonstrated ability to accurately enter, maintain, analyze, and reconcile data within HRIS and other business systems.
  • Preferred but not required: experience with CORE HCM, Power BI, or other HRIS and reporting platforms.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with employees, managers, internal departments, and external business partners.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple assignments and deadlines at the same time.
  • High attention to detail, with accuracy in a data-intensive environment.
  • Ability to compile, review, reconcile, and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive employee information.
  • Skill in preparing clear and concise reports, procedures, correspondence, and other written materials.
  • Proficiency with applicable computer applications and HRIS systems.
