Technical Recruiter

Filevine is seeking a Technical Recruiter to scale its R&D organization by building strong pipelines and running end-to-end hiring for technical and product-focused roles. This onsite position in Chicago will partner closely with engineering and product leaders to accelerate the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting lifecycle for technical roles across Engineering and Product, from kick-off intake meetings through offer acceptance.
• Develop qualified and diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and additional creative sourcing approaches for hard-to-fill positions.
• Collaborate with engineering managers and leaders to define role requirements, align on candidate specifications, and set achievable hiring timelines.
• Conduct initial technical screenings to assess candidate background, technical domain fit, and alignment with Filevine’s team culture and values.
• Maintain an organized, responsive candidate experience by providing clear communication, ensuring fast feedback cycles, and keeping the Lever ATS up to date.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to structure competitive offers, guide candidates through equity and compensation, and support closing conversations.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment, either in an agency or in-house setting.
• Comfort discussing technical concepts, programming languages, frameworks, and modern engineering team structures.
• Proven ability to go beyond inbound applicants by proactively sourcing, engaging, and converting prospective candidates.
• Ability to build trust with hiring managers, deliver actionable pipeline updates, and provide practical guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Capacity to manage multiple active requisitions at once while sustaining quality, organization, and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with Lever and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Role Details

Location: Chicago, IL (onsite)

Salary Range: USD 80,000 to 120,000 per year

Experience Level: 3 years minimum
