In this hybrid position, you will work closely with technical leaders and hiring managers to build pipelines, map talent markets, and track recruiting performance while maintaining required compliance.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with hiring managers, technical leaders, and business stakeholders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for complex, hard-to-fill positions.
  • Own full lifecycle recruiting from talent identification and sourcing through screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Recruit across technical disciplines including network engineering, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, cloud architecture, software engineering, DevSecOps, infrastructure automation, data engineering, data science, AI/ML, systems engineering, and related emerging technologies.
  • Apply a strong understanding of technical architectures and engineering environments to assess technical candidates effectively.
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies using talent mapping, market research, Boolean search, X-Ray search, professional communities, referrals, and targeted outreach to passive candidates.
  • Develop sustainable talent communities and evergreen pipelines for recurring, mission-critical technology needs.
  • Conduct technical candidate screenings to evaluate experience, technical depth, career motivations, location fit, compensation expectations, and alignment to LMI opportunities.
  • Act as a consultative talent advisor by providing labor market intelligence, candidate availability insights, competitive guidance, compensation considerations, and sourcing recommendations.
  • Lead intake and calibration conversations to confirm candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and recruiting strategy.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve time to fill, pipeline quality, conversion rates, candidate experience, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate dispositioning, pipeline data, and hiring metrics in the applicant tracking system.
  • Use recruiting analytics and funnel metrics to identify pipeline gaps and sourcing challenges and drive improvements to hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with OFCCP requirements, federal contractor recruiting practices, and LMI hiring policies.
  • Support broader talent acquisition efforts such as workforce planning, employer branding, sourcing campaigns, talent intelligence, and strategic pipeline development.

  • Experience with advanced sourcing methods including Boolean search, Google X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and targeted outreach.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical requirements and translate them into effective recruiting and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate as a trusted recruiting partner to technical leaders and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple technical requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining pipeline quality and candidate engagement.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics and market intelligence to influence hiring strategies and stakeholder decisions.
  • Experience recruiting within government contracting, federal consulting, defense technology, or other highly regulated technical environments is strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting candidates with federal security clearances or supporting cleared programs is a plus.
