Recruiter

This entry level Recruiter role supports the Talent Acquisition team with staffing efforts for hard-to-fill technical and data center positions. The assignment is 100% onsite in Arlington, Virginia and focuses on high-volume recruiting, candidate screening, and pipeline support.

Role Overview

As a Recruiter, you will help identify qualified candidates through structured sourcing and initial screening. You will work directly with recruiters and hiring managers by sharing sourcing insights, talent availability data, and competitive landscape information to support hiring for technical and data center roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and carry out sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub to locate passive and active candidates.
• Share sourcing insights, competitive landscape analysis, and talent availability data with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and overall fit.
• Handle high volume candidate calls, ranging from 50 to 100 per day, while maintaining a professional candidate experience.
• Document sourcing plans and manage tracking for deliverables, timelines, and recruiting metrics to support pipeline health.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high volume recruiting and/or sourcing within an agency or corporate environment.
• Understanding of recruitment practices and experience applying Boolean search techniques.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS.
• Ability to manage high daily call volume with accurate follow-through.
• Motivated, driven, and interested in learning and professional growth.
