Job Description

Reveille Trucking Inc is building a team focused on hiring the best CDL Class A drivers and supporting long-term retention. This Driver Recruiter role combines recruiting ownership with close partnership across the business, so you can help turn open positions into well-matched hires that move into orientation and beyond.

Location: Brownsville, TX (hybrid). Work location detail: Hybrid remote in Harlingen, TX 78552. Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year. Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses based on driver hires and retention, with the opportunity for significant earnings based on results.

What you’ll do

Recruit and hire qualified CDL Class A drivers
Manage applicants from first contact through orientation
Advertise CDL openings on Indeed, Facebook, Craigslist, and other recruiting platforms
Conduct phone interviews and pre-screen applicants
Maintain frequent communication with prospective drivers using calls, text, and email
Build relationships with CDL schools, referral sources, and industry contacts
Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring results
Partner with operations to understand current hiring needs

What you bring

Previous recruiting experience, with transportation industry preferred
Excellent communication and sales skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Organized and detail-oriented approach to recruiting workflows
Comfort using recruiting software, social media, and online job boards

Job Description

The Technical Recruiter for SpaceX Starbase leads full-desk recruiting for mission-critical roles, partnering with client groups to source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent while managing the candidate experience onsite in Brownsville, TX.

Responsibilities

Meet with your client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback. You truly act as a partner to your clients and not merely as an order taker.
Screen candidates who apply to requisitions. As SpaceX’s name brand grows, our job postings continue to fill up with stellar candidates.
Source candidates. Often the best candidates are the ones not actively looking.
Discuss candidates you have screened with your client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews.
Give tours to candidates before their onsite.
Attend interviews alongside your client groups to act as another set of eyes and ears in evaluating candidates.
Once candidates are approved for hire, you will begin the offer process including initiating background checks, negotiating offer packages and extending offer letters.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; OR associate degree and 2+ years of experience; OR 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree

Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
Ability to accurately present but not oversell candidates to client groups; influence decisions by acting as the subject matter expert on talent but avoid dictating client decisions
Ability to multi-task and operate with little direction while still being an active team member

Additional Requirements

Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
This position is based in Starbase, TX (Brownsville area), and requires being onsite full-time; hybrid and remote work will not be considered

Job Description

The Human Resource Business Partner at Teleperformance USA serves as the primary HR contact for the Operations team, delivering day-to-day guidance, steering performance management, interpreting policies, and driving HR initiatives to boost relationships, morale, productivity, and retention. Responsibilities

Identify, research, and present HR best practices to continually strengthen HR credibility and performance.
Serve as a point of contact and resource for management on HR policies, programs, and processes, answering questions and resolving problems.
Partner with the HR Knowledge Center, the Director of HR, and other HR functions to drive HR initiatives and programs across Teleperformance based on needs and industry practices.
Act as a first-line resource to departments and managers on employee and performance management matters, providing guidance to influence optimal outcomes.
Provide professional HR guidance to internal client groups across geographies to add value to the business.
Assist with the implementation and day-to-day management of corporate HR policies and programs at the segment or division level.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leadership to provide consultation on all HR matters.
Offer guidance on sensitive employee issues including performance management, terminations, and exit interviews to ensure consistent actions across the business unit.
Support company-wide programs and initiatives such as employee engagement, salary reviews, bonus awards, workforce planning, and organizational changes.
Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts, collaborating with employees and managers to address root causes of HR issues.
Partner with corporate HR functions such as Compensation, Knowledge Center, HRIS, and Talent Acquisition to provide feedback on business needs and identify process improvements.
Ensure data integrity in HRIS records and reports; develop reporting tools to capture and share meaningful HR metrics.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or an equivalent combination of experience and education with experience in Human Resources Management.
5+ years of proven success managing a professional HR team of 10 or more experienced associates.
Experience in an HR role where the professional acted as a true partner to the business by using HR data to address real world people problems.
Solid knowledge of Federal and State HR laws including Wage and Hour, FMLA, and ADA.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working with HRIS systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff and management and strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple demands and work independently or with others, maintaining a positive partnership with Operations.
Strong time management skills and reliability.
Flexible availability to adjust schedule based on business needs.
Experience working with multiple locations or a large workforce is preferred.
Prompt and dependable with an excellent attendance record.
Must pass mandatory background checks, which may include pre-screenings, drug tests, and credit checks.
