CDL Driver Recruiter

Reveille Trucking Inc is building a team focused on hiring the best CDL Class A drivers and supporting long-term retention. This Driver Recruiter role combines recruiting ownership with close partnership across the business, so you can help turn open positions into well-matched hires that move into orientation and beyond.

Location: Brownsville, TX (hybrid). Work location detail: Hybrid remote in Harlingen, TX 78552. Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year. Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses based on driver hires and retention, with the opportunity for significant earnings based on results.

What you’ll do

• Recruit and hire qualified CDL Class A drivers
• Manage applicants from first contact through orientation
• Advertise CDL openings on Indeed, Facebook, Craigslist, and other recruiting platforms
• Conduct phone interviews and pre-screen applicants
• Maintain frequent communication with prospective drivers using calls, text, and email
• Build relationships with CDL schools, referral sources, and industry contacts
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring results
• Partner with operations to understand current hiring needs

What you bring

• Previous recruiting experience, with transportation industry preferred
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to recruiting workflows
• Comfort using recruiting software, social media, and online job boards
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with drivers
