Yulista Holdings offers an onsite Human Resource Coordinator role in Huntsville, Alabama. This position supports the HR department across day-to-day functions and administrative tasks, with opportunities to contribute to onboarding, employee relations, program coordination, and HRIS data management. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills and a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management, or a related concentration, plus at least two years of HR experience. You will collaborate with the HR Business Partner team to foster a positive work environment, and occasional travel to other sites may be required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring all paperwork is completed and processed.
- Partner with the HRBP team to prepare Personnel Action Forms for hires, changes, terminations, and other tasks, following HR procedures.
- Assist in developing job descriptions for new positions tied to the contract.
- Maintain employee records through accurate record-keeping and file management.
- Coordinate various internal HR programs across the organization.
- Support the HRBP Team with Employee Relations as needed to promote positive relations between management and staff.
- Handle employment verification requests to completion.
- Respond to employee questions or direct them to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Perform data entry in the HRIS with attention to accuracy.
- Willingness to travel to different sites as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management or a concentration in HRM; at least two years of HR experience; experience supporting a unionized workforce is preferred.
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office; ability to learn additional software; working knowledge of more advanced software applications preferred.
- Accurate data entry into databases and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to write routine reports and communications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with all levels of management and staff; represents the company professionally when interacting with external contacts such as customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Trustworthy with confidential information and strong ethics.
- Effective oral and written communication skills; professional tone in all interactions.
- Customer service orientation with active listening, prompt service, and follow-up.
- Analytical mindset capable of evaluating data and assessing impact across multiple areas.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems; Workday and Deltek experience preferred.
