Job Description

Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter role supporting New England and East Coast hiring efforts while strengthening qualified and diverse applicant pipelines.

Responsibilities

Own recruiting and hiring activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing
Draft employment advertisements and select external recruiting sources to attract qualified applicants
Build and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies such as advertising campaigns, job fairs, and school programs
Review recruitment and retention outcomes and provide reporting to management

Requirements

Job Description
