Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter role supporting New England and East Coast hiring efforts while strengthening qualified and diverse applicant pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting and hiring activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing
• Draft employment advertisements and select external recruiting sources to attract qualified applicants
• Build and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies such as advertising campaigns, job fairs, and school programs
• Review recruitment and retention outcomes and provide reporting to management
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding programs
• Maintain confidential documentation and employee files
• Track applicants and associated documentation throughout the hiring process
• Travel as needed to plan and host hiring events and meet with community partners to promote career opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience covering insourcing, recruiting, hiring, and HR generalist responsibilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport
• Technically savvy, with knowledge of recruiting best practices using social media, applicant tracking systems, and Excel
• Strong commitment to the organization’s mission and values
• Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and provide recommendations
• Self-discipline to work effectively in a remote environment and meet hiring and employment retention goals
