Job Description

The Senior Recruiter role at Excel Partners, Inc. supports increased income through a work-from-home setup, flexible hours, and ongoing training. You will focus on delivering strong experiences for candidates and improving the hiring process for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture a pipeline of top talent.

Job Description

Strong analytical capabilities with Excel-based HR metrics reporting and compliance tracking.
Knowledge of benefits administration and payroll processing systems such as Paychex or Dayforce; experience handling confidential information is essential.
