Minute Men Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) for its Columbus, OH staffing branch (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Match qualified candidates with job opportunities that fit their backgrounds
• Develop recruiting strategies for clients
• Translate for applicants (English/Spanish) and support them through the application process
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and associates
• Support payroll-related functions

Requirements

• Recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience is preferred
• Good phone etiquette
• Enjoy working with people
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
