Bilingual Staffing Recruiter

Epic Personnel Partners, LLC is seeking a bilingual Staffing Recruiter in Ashland, VA to support high-volume warehouse hiring with weekend flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for high-volume needs, from sourcing through screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to meet staffing goals.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment events, to attract top talent.
• Develop and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline to ensure timely filling of open roles.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.
• Maintain weekend availability to support hiring events or urgent staffing requirements.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Weekend availability and the ability to adjust schedules in line with business needs.
• Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Spanish bilingualism is a plus.
