Bilingual Onsite Recruiter

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking an On-Site Bilingual Recruiter in Wilmer, TX to support busy, high-volume hiring in a warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced recruiting and wants benefits that support long-term stability, including health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k). The schedule runs Monday through Friday with flexibility when needed.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to collect job requirements and create or edit job descriptions
• Plan and carry out recruiting strategies for high-volume and professional roles
• Screen candidates and conduct phone and behavioral interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current openings and future hiring needs
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools

What you bring

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in a staffing agency (light industrial preferred)
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish (required)
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills, including phone communication, plus basic computer skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Proven ability to source through job boards and social media platforms
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates
• Flexibility to accommodate schedule changes when needed
• E-Verify
• Ability to complete a drug screen and a 7-Year Background Check

Schedule and work location

• Work type: In person
• Location: Wilmer, TX (onsite at a warehouse facility with office setting)
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Flexibility: Must be able to work 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM as needed (advance notice provided for schedule adjustments)

Compensation and benefits

• Pay rate: $20.00+/hour DOE
