Job Description

Director of Human Resources responsible for leading all HR functions on site in Dripping Springs, TX.

Position Summary

Braun & Gresham is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead all aspects of the firm's human resources function — from recruiting and onboarding to payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and plays a key role in fostering a high-performing workplace culture. This role is office based in our Dripping Springs location.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all HR functions, including policy development, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and coordinate onboarding for new hires
  • Oversee payroll processing, compensation changes, and benefits deductions
  • Administer employee benefit programs (health, dental, vision, retirement) and manage relationships with vendors, brokers, and providers
  • Develop retention and engagement initiatives; monitor turnover trends
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR reporting requirements
  • Investigate employee concerns and support resolution of workplace issues

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience

Reporting

  • Reports directly to CRO, working closely with leadership to support firm-wide goals.

Pay

  • Pay: USD 82,144.12 - 98,926.25 per year

  • Work Location: In person, Dripping Springs, TX (onsite)
