Director of Human Resources responsible for leading all HR functions on site in Dripping Springs, TX.
Position Summary
Braun & Gresham is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead all aspects of the firm's human resources function — from recruiting and onboarding to payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and plays a key role in fostering a high-performing workplace culture. This role is office based in our Dripping Springs location.
Responsibilities
- Lead all HR functions, including policy development, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and coordinate onboarding for new hires
- Oversee payroll processing, compensation changes, and benefits deductions
- Administer employee benefit programs (health, dental, vision, retirement) and manage relationships with vendors, brokers, and providers
- Develop retention and engagement initiatives; monitor turnover trends
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR reporting requirements
- Investigate employee concerns and support resolution of workplace issues
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience

Reporting
- Reports directly to CRO, working closely with leadership to support firm-wide goals.
Pay
- Pay: USD 82,144.12 - 98,926.25 per year
