Director Human Resources - Business Partners

The Director of Human Resources, Business Partners, partners with facility leadership to align HR strategy with departmental and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership for an assigned facility(is)
• Serve as the HR leader on facility leadership teams
• Act as a liaison between the location and the region/market to ensure HR strategies align with business needs
• Monitor and support the success of facility-based HR activities, including turnover and other HR metrics
• Partner with facility leaders to identify, develop, and retain high-potential Associates
• Take appropriate action with low performers in collaboration with facility leadership
• Address Associate relations issues in accordance with CHRISTUS Health and/or applicable legal requirements
• Drive acceptance of HR initiatives, manage change, and mitigate conflict across organizational levels
• Consult with facility leadership on key HR areas, including:
  • Compensation
  • Benefits
  • Staffing
  • Talent acquisition
  • Organizational development
  • Employee relations
  • Performance management
• Proactively identify and resolve performance gaps and risks in HR and business activities with relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to create innovative HR solutions and provide feedback on the effectiveness of policies, programs, and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
