This onsite role is with a confidential Catholic nonprofit in the Philadelphia area. It offers a salary of USD 115,000 per year and a fully supported benefits package. Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes
- Oversee employee relations and engagement
- Manage benefits administration
- Direct performance management and development programs
- Review and shape compensation structures
- Develop HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance and maintain personnel records
- Support organizational planning and workforce development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is required; Master’s degree is preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Proven ability to operate independently in a stand-alone HR environment
- Broad knowledge across compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and HR operations
- Strong preference for understanding Catholicism and faith-based organizational culture
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
