Field Recruiter

EmployBridge, LLC is hiring a Field Recruiter in Cheektowaga, NY to support recruiting and staffing activities in an onsite environment. In this role, you will attract and screen candidates, strengthen candidate pipelines, and help coordinate next steps that support order fulfillment.

Working alongside your team, you will combine relationship-building, interview skills, and practical recruiting tactics to match people with opportunities and keep the hiring process moving from outreach through onboarding.

What you’ll do

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new approaches for attracting strong candidates.
• Use creative, outside-the-box thinking to generate candidate interest.
• Apply marketing skills to job postings, social media sites, and community outreach to differentiate the brand.
• Use people skills and interview techniques to identify candidates who align with open opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates and look for ways to impact order fulfillment.
• Conduct required onboarding steps including the drug screen, background check, and I-9 forms so candidates can begin work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting and staffing experience.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis.
• Experience with VMS systems is a plus.
• Ability to assess, delegate, and follow up on customer orders or requests and with the internal team.
• Leadership exposure or experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English).

Salary

• USD 62,353 per year (anticipated).
• The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $62,353.20.
