Healthcare Recruiter

MGA Homecare is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter in Springdale, AR (onsite) to build and manage a pipeline of healthcare candidates and support full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with healthcare professionals using multiple recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain a high-volume candidate pipeline under tight timelines
• Own full-cycle recruiting, from initial screening through placement and continued collaboration in the field
• Source and attract candidates using major job boards including Indeed and ZipRecruiter
• Use social media tools such as LinkedIn and Facebook for outreach and engagement
• Drive referrals and conduct warm calling to reach potential healthcare candidates
• Maintain ongoing contact with future healthcare professionals to support long-term pipeline needs

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• High sense of urgency to complete assigned tasks, with willingness to learn
• Results-driven approach
• Ability to connect with a diverse population
• Capacity to manage and prioritize daily tasks
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Sales experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
