Human Resources Recruiter - Home Health

Join Airmid Home Health Care Inc. in Montrose, California as a Human Resources Recruiter and play a key role in keeping home health teams fully staffed. This full-time, onsite position supports both clinical and non-clinical hiring through end-to-end recruiting, while contributing to an organized, compliant recruiting process and smooth new-hire onboarding. Pay is $21.00 to $27.00 per hour (DOE).

What you’ll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for field and office positions, supporting hiring from sourcing through offer and pre-employment steps
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist with workforce planning
• Build and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach
• Review applications, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring interviews
• Ensure recruiting activities follow healthcare regulations and company hiring policies
• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements
• Maintain recruiting documentation and track progress using the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Track and report recruitment metrics to support process improvement
• Support onboarding and new hire orientation processes

What you bring

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple role types (field and office positions)
• Strong attention to compliance with healthcare regulations and internal hiring policies
• Ability to screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
• Comfort coordinating background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements
• Working knowledge of an applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment metric tracking
