High-Volume Bilingual Recruiter
Job Description
Join Sizemore, Inc as a High-Volume Bilingual Recruiter in Augusta, GA, supporting janitorial staffing across multiple site locations. This role manages the full recruiting life cycle in a high-volume environment while maintaining a positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruiting cycle, including sourcing, candidate selection, engagement, interviewing, and onboarding, across multiple site locations.
- Provide timely, thoughtful updates to candidates throughout the hiring process to support a positive candidate experience.
- Publish and manage internal and external job advertisements for open positions.
- Identify and research talent using job board resources, networking events, and job fairs.
- Submit candidate information to appropriate staff for consideration.
- Use Sizemore’s applicant tracking system to coordinate and track recruiting workflow.
- Coordinate hiring activities and hiring events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to confirm employment needs and establish qualification criteria for future hires.
- Lead recruiting efforts for new locations.
- Administer required assessments and screening.
- Stay current on company organizational structure, personnel policy, and applicable federal and state employment laws.
- Work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing changes that increase productivity and service efficiency.
- Enforce company policies and procedures as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient.
- Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Demonstrate service-oriented professionalism through conduct and demeanor.
- Exhibit patience, tact, enthusiasm, and diplomacy when working with others.
- Use initiative and sound judgment when evaluating and responding to situations.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in time-sensitive circumstances.
- Strong problem-solving skills with close attention to detail, including prioritization.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision; read, comprehend, and accurately process detailed instructions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Work Location and Schedule
- Location: Augusta, GA 30909
- Work setup: In person, In-Office
- Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri; 8am-5pm
Working Conditions
- Most work performed in a climate-controlled building.
- Prolonged sitting at a desk.
- Minimal travel to customer locations.
Employment Requirements
