Responsibilities

• Oversee job postings and recruitment advertising across diverse platforms
• Proactively source qualified candidates via job boards, databases, referrals, and social networks
• Review applications to identify top talent
• Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers and leadership
• Facilitate offers, onboarding paperwork, and new hire orientation
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, hiring practices, and internal policies
