Human Resource Generalist

What you’ll do

In this role, you will help manage key HR functions from hiring through ongoing people support. You’ll contribute to recruiting and onboarding, support new-hire orientation, and serve as an approachable resource for HR questions tied to company policies and procedures.

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and new-hire orientation
• Provide guidance to employees and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and workplace questions
• Maintain employee records and ensure personnel documentation stays accurate and up to date
• Assist with benefits administration, employee changes, and related HR paperwork
• Help coordinate employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives
• Support performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation
• Assist with HR compliance by helping ensure company practices align with applicable employment laws
• Partner with management on HR initiatives and special projects as needed

What you bring

• Previous experience in human resources, ideally in an HR Generalist or similar role
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and personnel administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with employees at all levels
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• A proactive, approachable professional style that can manage competing priorities
• HR-related education or equivalent professional experience preferred
