Job Description

Onsite Human Resource Manager role in Nampa, Idaho, leading HR operations for a family-owned business; compensation is USD 43 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of HR staff.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and workflows.
  • Conduct performance reviews and handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute HR and talent strategies, focusing on recruitment, retention, and professional development.
  • Drive full-cycle recruiting for management and professional roles.
  • Advise on employee relations, HR policies, investigations, accommodations, and compliance.
  • Oversee compensation programs, benefits administration, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Maintain HR records and complete required reporting, including OSHA 300 submissions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of HR experience, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Multi-state and multi-site HR experience is preferred.
  • HR certification is preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
