Job Description

IPMG seeks a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to support assigned departments and serve as the primary HR resource for a multi-state employee base. The role collaborates with leaders to advance initiatives aligned with the organization's Mission, Vision, and Core Values while ensuring compliance, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting growth; the position also oversees multi-state benefits and leave administration.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to leadership, addressing employee relations, performance management, and hiring activities
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, coaching, and compliance across multiple states
  • Administer benefits and leave programs across states, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and resolve workplace issues
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational growth efforts
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and uphold strict confidentiality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 4 years of HR experience
  • Experience administering employee benefits and leave programs
  • Working knowledge of multi-state employment and leave laws
  • SHRM or PHR credentials, or ability to obtain within one year
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Experience

  • Human Resources: 2 years (Required)
  • Multi-state employment and leave laws: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Environment & Schedule
