Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner provides strategic HR leadership to align people priorities with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Work with business leaders to build people-first strategies, workforce planning, and succession planning to support long-term readiness.
• Advise, mediate conflicts, and help ensure compliance with company policies and employment law to maintain a fair and supportive workplace.
• Support managers with goal setting, performance evaluations, and recognition so employee work aligns with business objectives.
• Enable organizational change by developing communication plans, supporting employees, and reducing disruption during transitions.
• Partner with talent acquisition and managers to attract, retain, and develop talent through coaching, training, and career development initiatives.
• Apply HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions, spot trends, and drive improvements in people strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or in a related role.
• Familiarity with HR systems, payroll, and data analytics tools.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with leaders and employees to advance HR initiatives.
• Capability to anticipate future workforce needs, align HR initiatives with business goals, and quickly assess challenges to deliver solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively share HR strategies and policies.
