Support Parallon Division leaders with strategic HR and talent programs onsite in Nashville.

Partner with designated leaders to identify talent needs and define people strategies
Collaborate with the VP of HR and the Labor Relations Center of Excellence to support Labor Relations strategy
Share HR observations in team meetings and one-on-one sessions to help shape appropriate initiatives for departmental issues
Advise leaders on learning and organizational development, including program implementation (employee development plan completion, succession plan updates, and related programs/tools)
Support employee relations, ethics, or compliance investigations
Prepare managers for the compensation planning process and provide compensation budget information
Handle facility-level worker’s comp intake processing and support applicable employee leave of absence and return to work administration
