Human Resources Director
Job Description
The role provides leadership and oversight of employment relations and personnel functions, including staffing, compensation, payroll and benefits, position classification, supervisory training, equal employment opportunity, and other HR programs, plus supervision of HR staff. This onsite position is based in Boscobel, Wisconsin, with an hourly rate of USD 30 - 45.

Requirements
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in the United States (i.e., a citizen or national of the U.S., a lawful permanent resident, an alien authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship) at the time of application.
- Region 2 will conduct criminal background checks on applicants prior to selection to determine whether the circumstances of any conviction may be related to the job being filled.
