This is a 12-month, onsite Human Resources Generalist role focused on post-hire operations in Canonsburg, PA.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding
- Benefits administration
- Management of leaves of absence
- Workers' compensation
- Safety committee administration
- Unemployment
- Issuance/maintenance of Employee IDs
- Door swipes and security badges
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant experience in an HR role (required)
- Strong organizational, time management, and technical skills (required)
- Ability to work cooperatively with district employees and applicants (required)
- Strong personal ethics (required)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality (required)
- Self-motivation (required)
- Ability to build relationships and credibility across a broad spectrum of stakeholders (required)
