Job Description

RIM Alliance seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead key HR functions across the organization, supporting growth and employee engagement. Salary: USD 65,000 - 85,000 per year. The role is based onsite in Edmond, OK and can be located in Oklahoma City or Marion with occasional travel, reporting to company leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR operations and employee relations activities
  • Oversee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Prepare and process payroll accurately and in a timely manner with the Finance team
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and compensation processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support performance management, evaluations, and employee development initiatives
  • Partner with leadership on key projects, planning, and organizational needs
  • Support HR reporting, metrics, and compliance documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience required
  • Prior experience in recruiting, employee relations, and payroll administration preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed

Overview

This fast paced, rapidly growing organization operates in Oklahoma City, OK and Marion, IA, seeking an HR Manager to support and lead core human resources functions. The ideal candidate will help foster a positive workplace culture while supporting company growth and employee engagement, and will work closely with leadership and staff to ensure HR practices align with organizational goals.

Work Location

In person. On site in Edmond, OK (onsite). Eligible to base in Oklahoma City or Marion with occasional travel; reports to company leadership.

Additional Information

The company provides a competitive benefits package for eligible employees and dependents after the waiting period, including medical, dental, vision, and basic insurance coverage. Paid Time Off accrual ranges with service, starting at 80 hours in the first two years and up to 160 hours with longer tenure, plus 10 paid holidays annually.
