Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and values.
- Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Administer benefits and compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Provide leadership and support to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Contribute to developing a positive company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- An associate degree is required; a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred and may substitute with 3 years of hands-on HR experience.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools.
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
