Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and values.
• Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Administer benefits and compensation programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Provide leadership and support to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Contribute to developing a positive company culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• An associate degree is required; a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred and may substitute with 3 years of hands-on HR experience.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
• Proficiency with HR software and tools.
• High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
