Human Resources Manager

Choices Are For Everyone, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve as an HR generalist, providing day-to-day oversight and management of the agency’s human resources functions. This onsite role in Westbrook, ME covers the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment and development to compensation, benefits, safety, compliance, and ongoing employee support.

As the HR point of contact for core HR operations, you will help ensure agency policies and procedures are applied consistently while supporting personnel administration and employee relations. The role is full-time with an annual salary range of USD 66,000 to 82,000.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a management or business-related field
• Experience in human resource management
